Your order will be shipped to you on the same day your order is received before 12:00 noon on weekdays. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be shipped the next business day.
Shipping costs are always the same regardless of the size of the order.
Cansa online store delivers orders to Finland, Åland and abroad within the EU’s tax and customs area. Shipping costs include postage and packaging

Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Ordering: You can place orders in our online store. The payment method is currently prepay only. After ordering the product, you will receive an order confirmation in your email. You can see the details of your order in the order confirmation. Always check that the information in the order confirmation is correct.
Order Confirmation: After an accepted and successful payment transaction, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer via email containing the order information. The customer must check the accuracy of the information entered in the order confirmation and report any errors to customer service.
Payment and payment methods
Payment can be made with Visa Electron and Debit cards, Visa MasterCard and Maestro (debit card). In payments made by invoice, Cansa Oy is shown as the recipient of the payment on the card invoice. QuickPay, which is a secure and electronic payment intermediary, processes your purchases and card information in the Cansa Oy online store (cansa.fi). All data will be processed in accordance with the regulations in force.
We collect and mail products every weekday. Delivery to Finland takes place as a service of Posti and Schenker to the nearest delivery point you provide, such as R-kiosk, K-market, Prisma, Posti, etc. Delivery costs for the order are shown at checkout under the delivery method.
When the package has arrived at your post office, you will receive a notification from Post / Schenker. Notification of package arrivals is primarily by text message or e-mail only. A paper notice of arrival will only be sent if the recipient has not provided their telephone number or email address. So it is important that when ordering, you enter your up-to-date contact information with phone numbers.
Please always check that the desired product is available in the online store. We deliver order products whenever one of the products is available. Availability is indicated on the product page in connection with the “Add to cart” button.
Unfortunately, the products do not have a pick-up option.
Orders abroad are delivered through the transport company GLS.
The customer has a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and marketable products in the original packaging.
If you want to make a return, please contact our customer email@example.com. If the shipment is damaged during mail transport, immediately report the damage to your post office / collection point, depending on which way the order has arrived. After this, do not contact our customer service to arrange the delivery of a new product.
Non-picked orders are automatically returned to the warehouse and the customer should contact our customer service about how to process the order. Delivery charges are also accrued to the company for all returned orders, so we charge for re-shipped orders as well as return costs and retransmission costs.
Orders over € 75 are delivered without delivery costs. The delivery cost will automatically be 0.00e when the amount of the ordered products exceeds 75 €. Note. does not apply to home delivery (Home door package).
